1. Service Description
RollPlanner is a visual planning tool for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners. It allows users to create game plans, track training, organize techniques and interact with a community of practitioners.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the service
- One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted
3. Subscriptions and Payments
RollPlanner offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions (Roll, Teach) are billed monthly or annually through LemonSqueezy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You can cancel at any time from your profile settings or the customer portal
- No refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the game plans, techniques and content you create. By making a plan public, you grant RollPlanner a non-exclusive license to display it in the Library for other users to view and clone.
- You are responsible for the content you publish
- Content that is offensive, illegal or violates third-party rights will be removed
- We reserve the right to moderate public content
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the API
- Upload malicious content or interfere with the service
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
6. Intellectual Property
The RollPlanner brand, logo, interface design and original content are the property of RollPlanner. The BJJ technique catalog is compiled from publicly available martial arts knowledge.
7. Limitation of Liability
RollPlanner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for injuries resulting from training based on plans created in the application. Always train under qualified supervision.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the provider's jurisdiction.
